Samantha Giancola announces her engagement to Justin May

Jersey Shore reality star Samantha Giancola has announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend, Justin May.

Giancola, 37, took to her Instagram on Monday to reveal that her fiancé, Justin May proposed to her on March 16.

Giancola shared a carousel of photos from her engagement ceremony along with a caption stating, “Life update: Fiancé (ring and heart emoji) 3.16.24 The easiest question I've ever answered.. happiest & luckiest girl in the world I'll love you forever, and then some (heart emoji) #Futurewifey #Engaged,"

The reality television star added, "[I] can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."

She ended the post by telling her followers that the announcement was "not an April Fools joke."

Giancola’s MTV co-stars were frenzied about the news and rushed to congratulate the duo. DJ Pauly D commented, "Ayeeeee congrats," Mike Sorrentino wrote, "Congratulations!! Love Love, Jenni Farley wrote, "Congratulations" and Farley's fiancé, Zack Clayton Carpinello, also congratulated the couple.

In the pictures, the couple can be seen hugging and exchanging sweet gestures of love.

Giancola also shared a close-up picture of her big round diamond engagement ring, set in a gold band in the post.

For those unversed, Giancola and Justin May have been dating since 2021 and before her relationship with May, Giancola dated her co-star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

Giancola’s MTV's Jersey Shore ran for six seasons from 2009 to 2012 and currently, she is starring in the sequel series, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
