Hannah Waddingham reportedly did her own stunts on the new movie.
As fans will know, the Game of Thrones alum stars alongside Ryan Gosling, Emily Blunt, Aaron-Taylor Johnson and Winston Duke in the flick The Fall Guy, an action comedy.
In a recent chat with Stephen Colbert on his show, the Ted Lasso star revealed that while she was filming went this movie, the team “kept kind of extending and broadening my part”, to the extent that she ended up performing her own stunts.
Sharing exciting cryptic details, the British actress also mentioned, “The last kind of 15-20 minutes of the movie, we do a thing, and there’s him and him and me,” before noting, “I was complaining that just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I can’t get involved with the… shizzle.”
“So I was like, ‘I would like to punch him please’,” Hannah also told the show host and disclosed that she like doing the stunts herself.
“So I really smacked it to him, And you see all these scars here? Look at my wounds! That’s my badge of honour,” she said in conclusion of the topic and started to narrate her time at the HBO’s blockbuster series Games of Thrones.
Hannah stated, “Thrones gave me something that I wasn’t expecting from it, and that’s chronic claustrophobia,” and resigned from the discussion.
