Stephen Colbert hilariously reacts to Taylor Swift billionaire status

Taylor Swift has officially become a billionaire and Stephen Colbert cheekily reacted to the news by humorously mentioning the issues of tax she might face after entering the billionaire club.

In the preview of his show, the late-night host said, “So get ready for her new album, about her on-again, off-again love affair with the tax code, ‘Tortured Accountant’s Department.’”

Poking fun at the alleged complicated situation of the billionaires when it comes to tax, he showed the pop icon's album’s edited artwork where Taylor was seen resting up on a book that says “IRS Loopholes Vol. 1.”

Talking about her album, Sir Tim Rice recently passed on dating the global icon because he hilariously said he did not want to end up on her next album after a breakup.

The veteran lyricist told The Times, “Taylor Swift: every time she falls out with somebody, the poor bloke gets slaughtered in the next song. In the unlikely event that Taylor Swift asked me out, I would say no."
