Ozzy Osbourne has remained one of the most iconic figures in the genres of rock and heavy metal.
The Black Sabbath lead vocalist produced many hit tracks throughout the span of his five-decade long career, an endeavor which remains ongoing amid his health crisis.
One of his most significant world tours was Bark at the Moon which started from 1983 and ended in 1985.
April 4, 2024, marks 40 years since his Long Beach Arena concert that he held as a part of his tour.
The Prince of Darkness, a title rightfully earned by the artist, posted a throwback picture of his performance via his official Instagram account.
Featuring his own picture, showing off half his tattooed chest, Osbourne captioned the post, “April 4, 1984, Long Beach Arena, Bark at the Moon Tour #tbt #ThrowbackThursday #throwback #longbeach #barkatthemoon.”
Fans immediately swamped the comments section to post words of admiration for Osbourne as they reminisced the concert as well his album, Bark at the Moon.

Ozzy Osbourne released his heavy metal album, Bark at the Moon, on November 18, 1983 which scored the 19th position on the Billboard album chart.
