Sofia Vergara becomes legally single

The union of Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello is officially over after the court approved their separation after seven years of marriage leading both of them to become legally single.

In the documents, the dissolving of the pair’s marriage was finalized on April 4, according to People.

Previous court documents shed light on the post-divorce situation the duo agreed to have.

They have signed up “to keep the assets they accumulated individually over the course of their seven years together”.

Not to mention, the pair likewise ruled out alimony stating no “spousal support,” is required since “both of them waived any right to alimony.”

Last July, Sofia and Joe announced their separation via a statement. “We have made the difficult decision to divorce,” the statement began.

“As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
