Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher fell apart way before they announced divorce.

A source told US Weekly that the estranged couple, that announced their separation after 13 years of marriage, were seen having a “heated argument” at an A-list Hollywood hotspot.

They claimed that Sacha and Isla “furiously argued” over their conflicting work schedules, promotional tours and family responsibilities.

The tip comes after the 52-year-old comedic actor and his wife put out a joint statement on their Instagram stories with a picture of themselves in tennis gear.

“After a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down. In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritized our privacy and have been quietly working through this change,” they penned.

The pair continued, "We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family’s wish for privacy.”

Previously, another source also told the outlet that Sacha and Isla have been living separate lives since last year.

“But wanted to give this space and time for their children to be OK with this before the news came out and they got all this attention. They are notoriously very private people and wanted to focus on their family,” they had revealed.
