Earlier it was revealed that the 44-year-old acting sensation wrote letters to the judge in support for Brian Peck, Drake's abuser, during his trial in 2003.

Lifting the lid from the dark side of his career as a child star, the Drake & Josh star confessed Investigation Discovery’s new docuseries Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV that he had been sexually abused by Brian Peck.

This announcement comes after Drake Bell admitted being content with his decision to speak against child abuse.

Appearing on the Man Enough podcast, Drake disclosed why he decided to open up about his ‘childhood trauma.’

"The more that I'm able to talk about it, and the more that I'm able to articulate my thoughts just for myself, in my own mind,” he said in the chat.

He went on to explain, “There is a big weight that feels has been lifted and is freeing," and moved to a new topic.
