Recently, Sylvester Stallone announced that season two of The Tulsa King is in the works. But, now allegations of toxic behaviour against Sylvester Stallone might raise questions over the future of the show.
Earlier, a casting director of the Paramount+ series Rose Locke was tasked to hire actors for season two. But, the professional called it quits after levelling accusations on the Rocky star for being rude to the background artists.
Deadline reports the issue was initially raised on private Facebook groups. However, soon the matter came to a head.
Not to mention, Sylvester was alleged to have demanded production to bring “pretty young girls to be around me."
“We wanted to send you an update on the happenings here in our casting world. We have chosen to part ways with Tulsa King. We will be finishing up next week and the 12th will be our last day,” the Atlanta-based casting company statement read.
“We send well wishes to whomever takes over the show. We thank all of you great background artists for your continued support.”
Keeping an eye on these developments, an insider close to Taylor Sheridan’s show comments somewhat ruled out that the show will be paused to address these allegations.
The source said the team was looking at the matter and the makers of the show are looking into the ways to match scenes from last season.
