Gwen Stefani has been given twice previously. But she says her third time became a life-changing experience for her.

During an interview with NYLON, the singer said her delivery of son Apollo ten years ago drastically changed her life.

"I went from a difficult time in my life to giving birth to Apollo," the 54-year-old said.

She continued, “Getting pregnant with him was really the start of [a series] of miracles. It was almost like a restart of my life — the second chapter."

Apart from that, Gwen opened up about juggling between motherhood and her music career.

"I would be leaving my family. And if I didn't come home with a song, I'd be like, 'Oh my God, I'm such a loser — I didn't have dinner with my family, and I didn't write a song,” the Just A Girl singer referred to leave family while she works on writing new songs.

She continued, “I wasted an entire day of my life trying to be in No Doubt again,” adding, “Look at it now and I think, 'God, what was I doing trying to please everybody?'

"Because really, I should have just been with my family. But we did it, and there are some good songs," she tells the outlet. "Don't remind me. I don't want to talk about it."
