Taylor Swift makes masterstroke before new album release?

Fans on Tiktok were surprised at the return of Taylor Swift to TikTok leading them to believe in her power of stardom after the license agreement issue led to the missing of her music and other artists from the platform

However, not every catalog of the Grammy winner was returned to the app. Only the recent release album Midnights, recorded versions of 1989 (Taylor’s Version) and Red (Taylor’s Version) is available to play.

Explaining the appearance of Carolina’s hitmaker tracks on the platform despite being at odds with Universal Music Group over the issue of license, Variety reported two possibilities.

The outlet says it is likely that Tiktok separately approached Taylor to strike a deal amid the impasse on hot-button issues which also includes guardrail against AI.

In another instance, they suggested Taylor may be again joining hands with the platform to promote her upcoming album The Tortured Poets Department as she previously did on Midnights.
