Jaden Smith shares the ‘craziest' moment on ‘The Karate Kid'

Jaden Smith took a trip down memory lane as he recalled cherished memories from the beloved film The Karate Kid.

The Pursuit of Happyness actor had a conversation with the People magazine to reminisce about his time in in Beijing, filming the fan-favorite Kung Fu film with Jackie Chan, who recently celebrated his 70th birthday last week.

“Honestly, getting into and inside the splits for the first time was a very difficult thing to do”, he said reminiscing about a scene where his character, Dre Parker does a middle split while balancing on two railings.

Suggesting that it was a ‘huge part’, the Summertime in Paris singer remembered, “That middle split was the main one, the biggest and the craziest experience”

However, admitting help from the martial legend he added, “Jackie Chan and his stunt team helped me.”

“That was a huge milestone for me, and that's definitely the memory that I go back to”, he concluded.

The 2010 movie racked positive reviews from critics for its themes and action sequence and grossed a whopping $176 million in the US.

It chronicled the life of a 12-year-old who moved to China and became a target of school bully as he was struggling to adjust to cultural differences.

However, things take a fresh turn when he befriends a maintenance guy Mr. Han, who is a Kung Fu master.
