Post Malone took to his social media and penned a heartfelt tribute for Taylor Swift after collaborating with her on The Tortured Poets Department album.

His Instagram post comes after the 34-year-old popstar dropped the music video for her first single Fortnight from the album, featuring the rapper.

Sharing a behind-the-scenes photograph of himself and Taylor, Post Malone wrote, “It's once in a lifetime that someone like @taylorswift comes into this world. I am floored by your heart and your mind, and I am beyond honored to have been asked to help you with your journey. I love you so much. Thank you Tay.”

The music video also featured Dead Poets Society actors Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles who appear as scientists to check Taylor’s vitals before giving her a major shock.

"Tortured poets, meet your colleagues from down the hall, the dead poets," she wrote. 'Todd' & 'Knox' from DEAD POETS SOCIETY are now PhDs in THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT. It’s quite an honor," Ethan also penned on his Instagram.

"Thank you @taylorswift for the opportunity to be in the music video for your song FORTNIGHT feat. @postmalone. carpe diem!" he added.
