Hannah Waddingham talks turning 50: 'No!'

Hannah Waddingham recently talked about entering the sixth decade of her life.

For the unfamiliar, the Game of Thrones alum, born in 1974, will be turning 50 years old on 20th July 2024.

In a recent interview with People Magazine, the acting sensation recalled her 40th birthday and disclosed, “I brought my daughter out of hospital” that day. 

The 49-year-old actress also shared about her only daughter, who is also turning 10 this year, “So I do feel like I need to do a double whammy with her.”

“She’s already said, ‘Can we have grown-up and younger versions of the same dress?’ My little love,” the Ted Lasso alum gushed.

She even claimed, “This whole thing about hiding your age is not for me, personally. I like to go, ‘I’m just about to turn 50,’ and hopefully they go, ‘No!’”

Later, The Fall Guy star even weighed in on the importance of teaching self-acceptance to your younger ones and said, “I’ve always said to be completely free and loose, and the people that love you will do so regardless.”

“You shouldn’t have to try too hard,” Hannah boldly added after which she moved on to a new discussion.
