They said that unknown men had planted IED near the building of Quetta Development Authority, which they exploded with remote control. As a result, one passer was suffered with injuries. He was moved to Civil Hospital for medical aid.
The blast also caused damages to the nearby buildings.
Police have started search operation in the area to get clue of the suspects.
