The Islamabad Medical and Dental College (IMDC) has organised a medical camp at Bara Kahu Hospital in which a large number of students and teachers participated in the voluntary drive on Tuesday.

During the medical camp, students and college staffers took an active part in a blood donation campaign, sending a message to people about how important their donation could be for the lives of others.

The doctors also donated their blood at Bara Kahu Hospital's camp enthusiastically alongside the students and staff members.

The purpose of the campaign was to encourage people from all walks of life to voluntarily offer blood donations in order to meet the requirement of the crucial fluid in the emergency rooms and for those suffering from thalassemia.

The students also made placards and presented posters for the awareness drive sending an active message to people.
