ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that requests for suspension of mobile services on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) have been received from several cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Hyderabad, Khairpur, Lahore, Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sheikhupura and Nankana Saheb.

While speaking to the media in Islamabad, Malik said that he had received no intelligence of terror attacks on Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH), adding that if the request came directly from the provincial governments mobile services would be suspended.
