Embassy of Pakistan in France with over 40 other countries and cultural associations participated in two-day Fetes Consulaires 2024 from June 15-16 in Lyon.

The theme of the event was art and culture. 

Mayor of Lyon Grégory Doucet with his team members was received by the embassy’s officials at Pakistan pavilion. He enjoyed traditional Pakistani drink Rooh Afza and was presented with handmade football.

The mayor appreciated the diverse Pakistani arts, culture, cuisine and music on display. The Pakistani pavilion won hearts of all the visitors as the mehndi stall, handicrafts, delicious kebabs and samosas remained the talk of the festival.

A fashion show was also organised by the Pakistan Embassy in collaboration with Paris-based Pakistani designer Naina Khan and Paris-based Pakistani makeup artist Komal.
