Karachi police resrtores old administrative system

Karachi police restoring the old administrative and operation system in the city have carved out a sixth district by the name of Lyari District adding an additional officer of Senior Superintendents in each district.

A notification in this regard will be issued within next 24 hours, Sindh police spokesman SSP Imran Shoukat told Jang today.

Sindh police have also set up a state of art central control room in CPO office Karachi capable of monitoring the entire province of Sindh. In Karachi 2000 new close circuit cameras are also being installed in many areas of Karachi graded as sensitive.

SSP Imran Shoukat said that in order to know the locations of the police officials hi-tech trackers and cameras are also being installed in various new police vehicles, he added.
