Police said the slain man came under attack on Brewery Road.
“He died of multiple bullet wounds on the spot”, the cops said. The victim has not been identified as yet, they added.
Eyewitnesses said the unknown assailants who were riding a motorbike took no time fleeing the scene after their deadly job.
The body of the deceased was shifted to Bolan Medical Complex. The motive behind the killing could not be ascertained.
Police are looking into the matter.
