Protest demonstration staged against terrorism

LAHORE: The Pakistan Sunni Tehreek on Friday observed a protest day against target killing of its workers and terrorism.

A large number of workers took out a rally, which started from the Press Club and reached the Governor's House where they staged a sit-in for two hours.

The participants were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans against terrorism and target killings.

Addressing the participants, divisional president Mujahid Abdul Rasool
and others demanded the government to take concrete steps for eliminating terrorism from the country. (APP)
