WhatsApp has announced that it is rolling out a new version of its Meta AI assistant tailored specifically for businesses in its latest update for users with the beta version of the app.

The latest WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.19.16 update, which is available on the Google Play Store, enables users to ask the AI chatbot for WhatsApp Business anything, WABetaInfo reported.

This includes generating personalised insights and learning new skills to help grow their business. The chatbot can also assist users with organisational tasks, allowing businesses to stay focused on what matters most.

In addition, businesses can get creative by using Meta AI to generate unique images and content for their catalog, design ads, or update their profile.

It's important to note that Meta AI for businesses is designed to help businesses attract new users and strengthen customer relationships.

This tailored version can provide more personalised product recommendations to businesses, improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

Currently, Meta AI for businesses is available in selected countries, with a phased rollout. This means that while some regions can immediately benefit from the advanced features of Meta AI, others may gain access as the service expands in the coming weeks.
