QUETTA: A group of children believed to be involved in bombings in the city were arrested during a targeted operation.
During a news conference, CCPO Quetta said the children were between the ages of 10 and 16. The children were used to place bombs and explosive material at crowded sites. The arrested children have admitted to being involved in over a dozen attacks. The CCPO revealed that the children were employed by banned outfits and were paid Rs 2,000- Rs 5,000 per job.
Eleven members of banned organizations were also arrested during the operation in the city.
