Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz closing bar Schwartz & Sandy's after just 2 years

Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz are closing their namesake bar, Sandoval & Sandy's, two years after opening to the public.

On Monday, the Vanderpump Rules co-stars took to their Instagram handle to announce the news, revealing the Los Angeles cocktail lounge and restaurant will permanently close in December. 

"With a heavy heart, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Schwartz and Sandy’s at the end of December,” Sandoval told his followers in a lengthy message.

He continued, “This hasn’t been an easy choice for my partners and me, but other priorities and commitments have taken hold. While this business venture has been an incredible stepping stone in my life, one I will always cherish, I look forward to exciting new endeavors.”

"To our incredible staff and everyone who supported us along the way, you deserve the true recognition. I can't thank you enough for your endless commitment to making Schwartz and Sandy's a place of everlasting memories,” added Sandoval.

On the other side, Schwartz wrote, "This was not an easy conclusion. There’s some peace in knowing I gave my absolute all into S&S, fully committed with every fibre in my being.”

However, the reason for the closure of the LA bar has been revealed by the reality stars.
