Keith Urban ready to sacrifice career opportunity for Nicole Kidman

Keith Urban thinks his wife Nicole Kidman should return home to process her grief after losing her mother.

Kidman’s mother passed hours before she was set to receive the Best Actress award for her role in Babygirl at the Venice Film Festival. The Big Little Lies star left a note to be read by the director at the ceremony.

Babygirl director Halina Reijn read the note: "Today I arrived in Venice to find out shortly after, that my beautiful, brave mother Janelle Ann Kidman has just passed.”

"I am in shock and I have to go to my family, but this award is for her, she shaped me, she guided me, and she made me."

Now, a source told Radar Online: "Keith and Nicole have had their worst year ever. They've barely spent any time together and [Kidman] has been on her own throughout some of the most distressing times."

According to the source, Urban has offered to end his Las Vegas residency order to be with Kidman and support her.

The mole added of Keith Urban: "He owes everything, including his life to Nicole, so quitting big live shows is an easy choice."
