Marilyn Manson has dropped his prolonged lawsuit against his former fiancée an actress Evan Rachel Wood.

For the unversed, the 37-year-old actress had accused Marilyn of "psychological abuse, violence, coercion and intimidation" in February 2021.

Now in a latest move, the 55-year-old singer, whose legal name is Brian Warner, has decided to drop the defamation lawsuit filed against his fiancée after years of legal battles.

According to Variety, the agreement reached on November 19, 2024 which mentions that the Sweet Dreams singer “will pay roughly $327,000 in attorneys’ fees” for the Westworld actress.

Moreover, the Beautiful People hitmaker has also agreed to pay Evan more than $325,000 (£258,000) in legal fees.

The Backspot actress was one of several women who publicly alleged sexual abuse against the singer in 2021.

The pair started dating in 2007, when Evan was 19 and Marilyn was 38.

The duo got engaged in 2010, however, they broke up shortly after.

After Evan's claims, Marilyn denied the accusations, calling them "horrible distortions of reality" in 2022.

He also responded by filing a lawsuit against Evan in same year which he recently decided to drop.
