Drake has filed another legal case against Universal Music Group (UMG) over Kendrick Lamar's diss track Not Like Us.

As reported by CBS News, the One Dance hitmaker filed his second lawsuit on Tuesday, November 26, against in Texas.

The court documents alleged defamation over Kendrick's inflammatory song, in which he accuses Drake of being a p******** and many more.

Now in a fresh filing, the Hotline Bling singer's lawyers claim Not Like Us damaged Drake's reputation by "falsely accusing him of being a s** offender, engaging in pedophilic acts, harbouring s** offenders, and committing other criminal s***** acts".

They also argued that music company’s bosses knew the lyrics of the song attacked the singer's "character" and could have "refused to release" the diss track or demanded edits to remove the controversial words.

Apart from UMG, the executives at the iHeartRadio network have also been accused in the filing.

Network’s staff has been allegedly accused of possibly accepting "covert payments" from UMG to promote the song as part of a "pay-to-play scheme", according to the filing.

The new petition comes a day after the IDGAF singer filed his first legal case against the company in New York in which he accused UMG bosses of working with Spotify to artificially inflate the popularity of Not Like Us.
