Taylor Swift just marked yet another incredible milestone in her musical career.
Even though, the sensational artist failed to claim the top most spot, she has landed on the second position for Billboard's Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century.
This may come off as a shock to many people, particularly the Blank Space singer’s own fanbase, commonly and popularly known as Swifties, given that Swift has been wildly popular these days due to her recent album, The Tortured Poets Department as well as her ongoing Eras Tour.
Scoring the third spot on Billboard’s rankings is Rihanna, followed by Drake, who made it to the fourth position. Lady Gaga came fifth while Britney Spears’ name was seen on the sixth slot.
Swift, with these ratings, also managed to beat out rapper Kanye West, with whom she has beefed with, publicly, for years.
Behind the Evermore album-maker’s success, Billboard journalist Hannah Dailey said that Taylor Swift was "able to forcefully, gravitationally bend culture to her will and become one of the world’s biggest undisputed pop stars, despite her eight-year late start in country music."
Billboard has yet to reveal who came in first.
