ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed hearing date of a petition seeking registration of treason case against former military ruler Pervez Musharaf.
A three-member bench of the apex court, led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry would hear the petition on Monday (April 08).
The petition was filed by High Court Bar Rawalpindi President Taufeeq Asif.
