Kate Middleton and Prince William have made a big decision about King Charles days after reports Meghan Markle has disappointed her father-in-law as she revealed her Christmas plans for Archie and Lilibet.
Now, according to a report by the Mirror, the future king and queen have decided to join King Charles and the extended royal family for Christmas at Sandringham, as they unite following a tumultuous year.
Royal sources have revealed the Prince and Princess of Wales have delighted King Charles with this major decision.
The insider said how the King is 'delighted' to have William and Kate and their three children - Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis - confirmed for Christmas and has already been making plans to celebrate with them and his extended family after such a difficult year.
King Charles has reportedly returned to Sandringham on Wednesday to carry on with his Christmas planning.
The source revealed: "The King is embracing the Christmas period already and really getting into the spirit. Staff who have seen him this week remarked how happy and healthy he was looking."
Kate and William’s decision comes after Meghan apparently disappointed King Charles as she revealed her Thanksgiving and Christmas plans with husband Prince Harry and their children Archie and Lilibet in US.
However, King Charles is said to be desperate to meet his California-based grandchildren.
