Cher teams up with Jimmy Fallon to wish fans 'Happy Thanksgiving'

Cher just collaborated with someone no one would expect!

Gobble Medley, a Thanksgiving-themed duet between the Goddess of Pop and the veteran late-night show host, Jimmy Fallon, might just be becoming this year’s hilarious holiday anthem.

The 78-year-old artist and the 50-year-old The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon star, hilariously performed the song on the aforementioned program.

Referring to themselves as "The Turkettes," they both mashed up Cher’s hit tracks, replacing the wordings with turkey noises.

Tying the theme together with bright yellow, orange and red colours as well as turkey headpieces and voluminous feathers, both Jimmy and Cher could be seen dressed up as turkey birds.

The Gobble Medley began with the tune of the classic 1965 hit, I Got You Babe, and despite the medley only having two words, "gobble" and "bawk,” the melody was instantly recognizable to the audience.

This medley then transitioned into a more upbeat version of Cher’s popular songs, If I Could Turn Back Time and Believe, the iconic 1989 and 1998 hits, respectively.

Towards the conclusion of the performance, as Cher and Jimmy tried to hold themselves together through the laughter, the host announced, "Cher, ladies and gentlemen!" waving a feathered arm at the audience, and adding, "Happy Thanksgiving!"
