Billy Joel just teased a brand-new song.

The 75-year-old, most famous for his hit, Piano Man, offered a “spare part” of the track that he had been working on for "years and years and years and years."

Even though, still unfinished, the musician has decided upon the title of the song being Every Time, revealing that he is pleased with the dramatic piano break he has composed for the song.

In his latest appearance on John Mayer’s new SiriusXM show, How’s Life, the host asked Joel if he had any parts of an unfinished song that he would like his viewers to hear.

"I had always told myself I was going to do something with this, something’s going to happen with this. It’s a really nice piece of music,” the Uptown Girl hitmaker said.

Further admitting how no one had yet heard him play Every Time, he proceeded to demonstrate the unheard music, saying, “The thought behind that was, ‘I’ll screw it up every time.’”

In his recent music career updates, Billy Joel released his first single, Turn The Lights Back On, after a 17-year-long break, in February, as he explained that the huge gap in making music was he had lost the "fun" of writing songs.
