Nicole Kidman reportedly wants to reconnect with her two estranged children, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

For the unversed, the ex-couple adopted Bella Kidman Cruise in 1992 and later Connor Cruise in 1995.

After their divorce in 2001, the ex-couple got joint custody, however, the children decided to stay in Los Angeles with their father.

As reported by Mirror, Kidman is eying to reconnect after many years of no communication, following the death of her mother Janelle who died in September.

A source close to Kidman told New Idea Magazine that the 57-year-old actress is feeling “devastated" due to the fact her late mother never had the opportunity to reconnect her relationship with her adopted grandchildren.

“Losing her mum has made Nicole not want to waste any more time,” the source claimed, adding, “It hurt Janelle that she and husband Antony were estranged from Isabella and Connor.”

The source further dished out that “it was a deep regret that they were unable to see her in person before she died”.

Before concluding, they added added that the regret was “fuelling her need for a proper reconciliation”.

Apart from the two children, the Babygirl actress is a mother to her two other daughters 16-year-old Sunday and 13-year-old Faith, who she shares with her husband, Keith Urban.
