Lala Kent makes surprising revelation about daughter Ocean's teeth

Lala Kent has revealed that she edits photos of her three-year-old daughter Ocean’s discolored teeth before sharing them on social media.

The 34-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum took to Instagram Stories to address comments about Ocean’s smile, explaining that her toddler’s teeth were discolored following a bike accident.

In regards to this, Kent wrote, “Ocean has a fond relationship with her wild side and enjoys not listening. She fell off her bike face first,” while adding that the injury caused trauma to the root of her two front teeth.

While the root of Ocean’s teeth remains intact, Kent shared that she takes her daughter to the dentist every 3-6 months for check-ups.

In this regard, she noted, “They will likely have to be pulled or she will have to have a root canal.”

Despite this, Kent stated that Ocean embraces her unique look, calling her grayish-white teeth “cool.”

While addressing her decision to edit Ocean’s photos, Kent added, “Yes, I’m the mom who usually edits this. Go ahead and judge.”

It is worth mentioning that Kent shares Ocean with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett and welcomed her second daughter, Sosa, via sperm donor in September 2024.

According to Daily Mail, the candid admission came amidst big changes for Kent as Bravo recently announced a new cast for Vanderpump Rules.

Additionally, while reflecting on her journey, Kent expressed gratitude for the show’s impact on her life by saying, “This show changed my whole life. I’m unbelievably grateful for every moment.”
