A royal insider has made a shocking fact about Meghan Markle as she and Prince Harry pursue their solo ventures.

According to a new report, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, is growing “jealous” of Harry’s popularity which has surged in recent months.

Fans has been praising the Duke of Sussex’s down-to-earth personality and sense of humour while Meghan has always been a target of trolls and critics.

An insider told Closer Magazine that Meghan has not shared the same level of success, and its hard for her to see Harry claim the spotlight.

The source said Meghan is feeling frustrated and jealous of the double standard, with Harry's every move being applauded while she is consistently torn down.

“Meghan’s putting on a very brave face and telling Harry how proud she is of him,” the insider told the publication.

They added, “On the one hand, she is really pleased that he’s getting good reviews, but – at the same time – it’s pretty disheartening to see that, when she does things on her own, nine times out of ten she’s torn to shreds.”

“When it’s her on her own, people take swipes at her when she’s trying to promote her businesses and treat her like some sort of Wicked Witch no matter what she does, whereas nearly every move Harry makes is applauded,” the insider continued.

“It’s only natural that she’d feel envious of how easy Harry seems to have it when it comes to the court of public opinion. People take swipes at her no matter what she does, whereas nearly every move that Harry makes is applauded.

“It’s pretty hard to stomach and really has the potential to build up a lot resentment.”
