Taylor Swift thanks fans for a special milestone.

Swift has topped multiple year-end charts with her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology.

The 14 times Grammy winner was named Top Artist of 2024 on Apple music replay and her album earned the title of Top Streamed Album.

Meanwhile, Swift's 2019 hit Cruel Summer from her Lover album ranked among Top 5 Global Songs of the year. The Prophecy hitmaker also led Apple Music’s Top Songwriters Chart.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Swift expressed her gratitude towards fans.

She wrote, "Ahhhhhh thank you for listening to my music and TTPD so much!!!!! You, the fans, made The Tortured Poets Department the TOP STREAMED ALBUM of The Year on @applemusic!!! You guys snagged me that Top Streamed Artist spot too."

It is worth mentioning that Swift has been making headlines with her ongoing Eras Tour, which also features tracks from The Tortured Poets Department.

However, the Blank Space crooner will conclude her Eras Tour on Dec. 8 in Vancouver.
