Diddy's lawsuit: Rapper's case related to ex Cassie Ventura takes new turn

Sean "Diddy" Combs, who has been recently accused of dangling a woman from a 17th floor balcony, has once again landed himself in hot waters.

As per HipHop Canada’s Law&Crime Network, claims of woman named Bryana "Bana" Bongolan, has been confirmed by Cassie Ventura.

The victim, who is fashion designer by profession, recently alleged that the music mogul subjected her to physical assault during a violent outburst at Ventura’s apartment.

According to Bongolan’s lawsuit, the terrifying incident took place in September 2016 where Combs dangled her off a 17th-floor balcony.

However, the 55-year-old rapper then pulled the victim back to safety only after realizing witnesses were hiding nearby.

Now, CNN has confirmed the elements of the lawsuit, citing Ventura’s November 2023 civil complaint as mentioning a similar balcony incident involving a friend.

A source confirmed that Ventura’s reference aligns with Bongolan’s claim, stating "Bongolan’s suit is the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence."

The claims were made after the rapper’s lawyers denied the allegations, asserting his "faith in the judicial process".

Combs is currently being held pretrial at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center on charges of s** trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He was been denied bail thrice since his September arrest.
