Sylvester Stallone admits he is a coward after he was confronted about how he broke up with his wife, Jennifer Flavin.

Appearing on Sean Hannity's show on Fox Nation, he was asked, “Who FedExs a breakup letter?” to which The Expendables actor responded, “A coward does.”

“That’s the most insincere breakup you can get,” he added. “You can’t even say… you put it down in words ‘cause you don’t have the guts to do it face to face.”

The Rocky star noted he sent a breakup letter to his now-wife through a FedEx because he did not have the guts to say this in front of her.

“In my profession — or my life, I should say — the way I’ve been structured is… my history with relationships is an abomination,” the veteran actor explained his unhealthy experiences with relationships.

“I was raised in an incredibly dysfunctional family. No love. No pat. No handshake… I got the **** beat [out of me],” he added.

However, the couple stars aligned again as they sort out the differences between them.

“I couldn’t live without her,” Sylvester stressed. “I mean, she is my everything. My sun and my moon. Everything.”
