Elle Fanning recalled the time when she first heard Timothee Chalamet crooning as Bob Dylan on the set of his upcoming film.

During a joint conversation with her older sister Dakota Fanning on The Wrap's 2024 WrapWomen Power Women Summit at the Maybourne Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, the 26-year-old actress gushed over her friend portraying Dylan in his biopic A Complete Unknown.

"Timothée's so extraordinary in the movie," Elle recalled her first day on the set.

She went on to say, "I was an audience member and he sang 'A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall.' But he came out and he actually gave us a full-on concert, like as Bob Dylan."

Elle revealed that she got emotional while seeing Chalamet embody his role, as they had previously worked together in the 2019 film A Rainy Day in New York.

"I remember tearing up ... he's a friend of mine [and we've] worked together before," she noted.

"And so seeing him accomplish this and this character in such a beautiful way [was moving]," the Maleficent actress added.

It is pertinent to mention that Elle plays the role of Dylan's girlfriend, Sylvie Russo, in the forthcoming movie based on the life of the legendary singer.
