Meghan Markle showed her support for a U.K.-based charity close to her heart, dedicated to empowering disadvantaged women.
The Duchess of Sussex attended the Smart Works' inaugural Carol Concert in London on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Markle as the patron welcomed the guest at the charity with a heartwarming and poetic message.
“Tonight promises to be a truly magical celebration, filled with special guests and performers, and most importantly, the shared spirit of community that defines Smart Works,” Meghan began in the note which were handed to visitors upon their arrival.
“Together we gather to honor the work and dedication of this remarkable organization, which continues to empower women across the UK through coaching, dressing and instilling confidence on their journey to employment," the note continued.
It is pertinent to mention that U.K. charity Smart Works which was founded in 2013, Meghan has been serving to it as a patron since 2019.
