Kate Middleton has released the heartwarming image and message for her annual carol service.
The Princess of Wales selected best-selling author Charlie Macksey to draw the illustration for the order of service at her Together at Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey on December 6.
In the image, a group of friends can be seen walking toward an Abbey while keeping their arms over each other shoulders.
The text on the image reads, “How did I help?”
“You were by my side. Which was everything.”
This artwork and words “embody the theme of the carol service and the power of providing support to someone simply through being by their side when they need it most," as per a spokesperson of Kate noted.
Previously, Kate released the emotional letter she will give to 1,600 guests invited to the Abbey.
Kate wrote in the letter, “It also gives us the opportunity to slow down and reflect on the deeper things that connect us all. It is when we stop and take ourselves away from the pressures of daily life that we find the space to live our lives with an open heart, with love, kindness and forgiveness — so much of what the Christmas spirit is all about.”
