Eight killed, scores injured in roadside mishap near Sehwan

JAMSHORO: At least eight persons were killed and 17 more sustained serious injuries in roadside accident on Indus Highway here on Tuesday night, Geo News reported.

According to sources, the tragedy struck when an ill-fated bus, traveling from Karachi to Larkana, crashed head-on into a rashly driven as well as overspeeding truck near Sehwan.

At least left five travelers succumb to their traumatic injuries at the time of collision while 17 others were left in urgent need of medical care, police sources said.

The deceased and the injured were shifted to hospital.

According to police sources, human error led to the this mishap.
