Rod Stewart spoke out against Gregg Wallace again just days after accusing him of bullying his wife, Penny Lancaster, on Celebrity MasterChef.
The 79-year-old singer and songwriter was out at a bar in Claridges on Thursday, December 5, when photographers asked if he would invite Wallace to Christmas dinner.
Stewart, who was stumbling toward his car, replied, “What, yellow teeth!”
For the unversed, the 60-year-old Wallace quit hosting the BBC cooking show after almost 20 years last Thursday, November 28, 2024.
This was done while an investigation into his alleged misconduct is taking place.
He was first accused of inappropriate behaviour by 13 people, including Newsnight presenter Kirsty Wark, over a 17-year period on five shows from 2005 to 2022.
Since then, more new accusations have come up, such as claims of “groping, pressing his crotch against a colleague, and allegedly flashing another woman in his dressing room.”
Moreover, the week before stepping down from Celebrity MasterChef, Stewart called Wallace a "tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully" for "humiliating" his wife when she appeared on his show in 2021.
Notably, Lancaster was left in tears after Wallace criticised her for the "serious" delay in her food and refused to eat it.
During her appearance, Wallace said, "Mate, we can’t be 10 minutes late," calling her delay "serious."
After Wallace left the show, Stewart posted on Instagram: "So Greg [sic] Wallace gets fired from MasterChef. Good riddance, Wallace... You humiliated my wife when she was on the show, but you had that bit cut out, didn’t you? You're a tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully. Karma got ya. Sir Rod Stewart."
