Who forced Prince Harry to dismiss divorce rumours?

Prince Harry recently addressed speculation about his relationship with wife Meghan Markle.

Commenting on Harry's decision to break silence on divorce rumors, a showbiz reporter said the the Duke of Sussex was forced to speak due to pressure coming from social media.

Speaking on GB News, Sarah Louise-Robertson said "Meghan clearly reads social media comments that people say about them.”

“As does Harry, who is notoriously brittle and thin-skinned. So some things got through to them and they’ve decided, ‘right, we’re going to try this new approach," she added.

“When you’ve been away from each other as much as they’ve been, this is how these [divorce] rumours start.”

Harry's statement, she said, might be driven by the couple's desire to garner positivity for the Sussex brand.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are living in the United States after stepping down as working members of the British royal family.

The couple spoke about their decision to leave the family in a Netflix documentary two years ago.
