Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got bashed for flaunting their lavish lifestyle during their faux-Royal international tours.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex received the scathing criticism after new documentary from Germany, titled Harry - The Lost Prince, pointed out the big difference between the couple's wealthy image and the problems faced by countries like Nigeria and Colombia, which they visited last year.

According to a report by local media outlet in Colombia, Harry and Meghan’s security costed £1.5million during their trip to Colombia.

As reported by The Express, Royal expert Russell Myers said in the documentary that Harry and Meghan’s expensive clothes and high security costs give the wrong impression and hurt their charitable efforts.

"If you're going to places like Nigeria, like Colombia, which have huge socio-economic problems, some of the world's poorest communities in these countries, and you're turning up wearing tens of thousands of pounds worth of designer clothes - it really doesn't send the right message."

This comes as Harry and Meghan practice a new strategy to promote their solo interests by pursuing individual projects with the Duke travelling to UK, New York and South Africa and alone and the Duchess undertaking engagements in Los Angeles.
