Prince William wants to do something special for his beloved wife Kate Middleton after going through a “incredibly tough” year, new report has revealed.
The Prince of Wales is said to be planning a major surprise for the Princess of Wales so that they can spend some romantic time together.
In September, Kate revealed she has completed her preventative chemotherapy and is now cancer free after battling the disease for more than 6 months.
According to reports, William is taking Kate to a romantic getaway to the Isles of Scilly, where the couple will reportedly stay in their holiday home, Tamarisk House, on St Mary's island.
Speaking with Bella Magazine, the insider said William "wants to create memories with Kate, so he's planning a romantic getaway to the Isles of Scilly – one of their favourite places to escape for some quiet time together.”
This comes after William revealed that the year 2024 has been “dreadful” as both his father, King Charles, and wife were diagnosed of cancer.
In a candid chat during his Cape Town visit last month, the father-of-three said, “It's been dreadful. It's probably been the hardest year in my life.”
“So, trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult,” he added. “But I'm so proud of my wife, I'm proud of my father, for handling the things that they have done.”
“But from a personal family point of view, it's been, yeah, it's been brutal.”
