Kanye West, who is already juggling with multiple cases filed against him, has reportedly been slapped with a new costly lawsuit.
The court documents acquired by InTouchWeekly listed four minors (whose age range from 14 to 17), and a few adult individuals as plaintiffs.
These plaintiffs, as per the documents, are seeking a default judgment against the I Wonder rapper’s company Yeezy.
Moreover, the new suit filed against the 47-year-old DONDA founder, is reportedly going to cost him over $1 million in damages for alleged “emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, depression” and agony the plaintiffs had to suffer.
As per the complaint, the rapper, also known as Ye, forced the plaintiffs to join forces with him to develop a streaming app to boost the promotion of his album Vulture 2.
The then employees were promised $120,000 upon the app completion, however, they were allegedly served with a horrible experience, which included bullying on the basis of their ethnicity and sexual orientation.
Moreover, the Stronger hitmaker’s wife, Bianca Censori, was also mentioned in the lawsuit for purportedly sharing X-rated files with the team during the time when Kanye was considering to launch his own pornography brand, Yeezy Porn.
According to the publication, each plaintiff is seeking around $300,000 against West.
The new lawsuit is one of the latest ongoing barrages of lawsuits against the rapper.
He is already being sued for s***** harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination by a woman who worked as his assistant for two years.
Moreover, in October, he was accused of using his professional status to spy on ex-wife Kim Kardashian and current partner Bianca Censori.
