Liam Payne's death case has taken another a new turn after an hotel employee is charged in singer's death.

Now, as per the new documents obtained by Page Six, those charged in the 31-year-old later singer's death include a suspected drug dealer, a person who was close to Payne and a receptionist manager Esteban Reynaldo Grassi, who called 911 moments before the former One Direction star died fell to his death.

Apart from the receptionist manager, the court’s documents also mention the operations manager Gilda Agustina Martín's name. Moreover, as yet it's unclear what they are being accused of.

A judge has called for the two parties to be notified of their charges. "Since there is sufficient reason to suspect that they have participated in the investigated act, we ask that the following people give a statement," the documents stated.

Both Grassi and Martin will appear in court on December 19, 2024.

Moving forward, waiter Braian Nahuel Paiz and Uriel Alejandro Astengo are due to appear in court on December 17, after being accused of supplying Liam with drugs.

Payne's friend, Rogelio "Roger" Nores, will also appear in court, facing charges of "abandonment of a person followed by death”.

After they have been questioned in court, a judge will determine whether the charged people will be "prosecuted", "dropped from the case, or if there is no evidence for either decision".

Payne died on October 16 after falling from a hotel balcony in the capital, Buenos Aires.

On November 20, he was laid to rest in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, England.
