Kate Middleton ‘Person of the Year' nod: Royal expert predicts winner

A Royal expert has candidly shared who will win the Time Magazine's "Person of the Year" award after Kate Middleton made it to the nomination list.

The Princess of Wales’ name was added to the nominations after she "made international headlines this year and stirred a conversation about privacy and health for public figures," Times revealed.

Predicting the winner of the award whose contenders also include President-elect Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg, royal commentator Angela Levin said only Kate “deserves” to win.

Expressed her admiration for the Princess, the expert stated that Kate should be bestowed with the accolade as she has been through an "incredibly tough" year battling cancer.

"I can only hope that she wins, I think she's so marvellous. She's gone through so much,” Levin told GB News. "And seeing her at the weekend with all the the family for the first time, she was going round talking to everybody and she was looking sensational.

"I think it's also not just that she's done so much this year, but she's actually behaved so brilliantly, and she's spoken so honourably and honestly I think she does deserve it.

"But there are some other people in there such as Elon Musk isn't there? I think that he could easily snatch it from her. But even if she doesn't win, we think she's wonderful."
