Queen Camilla looked a bit nervous as she helped flambé a pudding at a gathering.

Before adding alcohol, she  warned guests to ‘hold onto their hair’. According to reports, the Queen helped flambé a giant 22lb Christmas pudding at the Royal Voluntary  Service, a charity supporting the NHS and people in need.

She took part in the event to thank volunteers across the country and highlight 70 ‘festive spreads’ being laid on nationwide for the vulnerable and elderly.

The event came just a couple of days after her son Tom Bowels Parker spoke about her health.

Appearing on a podcast, he said "no great conspiracy theory" was surrounding his mother's health condition."

Speaking on The Go To Food Podcast, Bowles discussed his mother's health when the host Freddy Clode asked, "how is your ma doing. Because she was a bit under the weather. Is she going to be in full recovery mode for silly season?"

Answering the question, the 49-year-old said "I think so, I think, yeah, these things go around... these bugs." He added, "I think...she did the [Australia] tour and she caught some kind of awful bug and then before she was well again, [she] worked too hard as she's one to do."
