Michele Morrone breaks silence on Megan Fox dating rumours

Michele Morrone has turned down rumours of dating Megan Fox, who recently split from Machine Gun Kelly.

Morrone's representative addressed the speculations in a statement to TMZ, saying, "Any accusations beyond a work friendship are simply untrue. They filmed a movie together a year ago. Michele is currently in Italy filming another project."

The rumours emerged after behind-the-scenes footage from their 2024 film Subservience showed the costars appearing cosy.

A resurfaced Q&A video featuring Morrone, 34, who called Fox "an incredible beautiful soul" as she rested her arm on his shoulder also fueled the speculations further.

It is pertinent to mention that Fox, 38, recently ended her four-year relationship with MGK, 34, during Thanksgiving weekend.

The Transformer actress, who is expecting her fourth child–her first with the musician–called it quits after reportedly finding cheating evidence on his phone.

The on-off couple is said to have properly met for the first time in 2020 while working on the film Midnight in the Switchgrass, as reported by GQ Magazine, after briefly meeting years earlier at a party.

Fox claimed they "didn't hook up right away" after reconnecting on the film set. The pair confirmed their romance later that year after the actor appeared in the music video for MGK's song Bloody Valentine.

Fox is also mom to Noah Shannon Green, 12, Bodhi Ransom Green, 10, and Journey River Green, 8, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

Her new film Subservience alongside costar Morrone was released earlier this year in August.
